MegRhythm Steam Eye Mask stays at a comfortable temperature for 10 minutes, bathing eyes and the delicate eye area in warm steam. This “steam bath for the eyes” helps with deep release of the tension of the day and soothes the mind.
Q.
Can I use the product while sleeping?
A.
Yes, you may. However, the sheet may feel somewhat stiff after the warmth has dissipated. Please be extra careful when using the product during sleep, as it may cause discomfort in the delicate eyes or the skin in the eye area.
Q.
Can I use the product multiple times a day?
A.
There is no limit to the frequency of use. However, please reduce the frequency if you experience any discomfort in the eyes or the skin in the eye area.
Q.
Can I use the product during pregnancy?
A.
Pregnancy may cause sensitivity to various smells and other stimuli. Depending on your physical condition, warming the skin or the scent of the product may be an undesirable stimulus. We recommend that you consult your physician about using the product.
Q.
The eye mask is swelling. Is this normal?
A.
Swelling may occur when the steam generated is trapped inside the eye mask, for instance, if a used sheet is folded and left lying on an open surface, or when a sheet is used in low-pressure environments such as a plane cabin. This is no cause for alarm. The steam will dissipate in time, and the eye mask will not heat up or burst.
Q.
Can I use the product on the plane?
A.
Do use the product to help you relax during flights. The sheet may swell more than usual due to the cabin pressure, but it will not burst. The product uses a heating agent containing iron powder, but it may be carried aboard in your hand luggage. Please carry the product in your hand luggage.
Q.
How should I dispose of the product after use? Are the sheets combustible or non-combustible?
A.
Please dispose of the product after the warmth has dissipated and the sheet has cooled. Follow the rules prescribed for disposable hand warmers in your area of residence.
